The lowdown
Volkswagen has given its Touran MPV a welcome facelift, and a sprinkling of new features. The headline news is the introduction of Twincharge engines which employ both a turbo and a supercharger, as well as a park assist function that enables the seven-seater to slip itself into a space within 15 seconds. The revised model hits UK showrooms in early 2007.

I know you’re finding it hard to contain your excitement as we reveal veil number five in the Dance of the Seven JX images drops away to display the arse of the Infiniti JX Concept in all its glory. And actually, the arse is better than we could reasonably have expected. As we said when we ran the last tease of the JX , we’d half expected the JX to be the even uglier sibling to the horrible QX (which is an uglified and titivated Nissan Patrol).
The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport World Record Edition
We confirmed to the world that Bugatti were building a Super-Veyron – The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport – a few weeks ago. We heard from a friend of Cars UK who had placed his order for the 1200hp Super Veyron, so we knew it was real and we knew it would get a few cosmetic tweaks to make it stand out from the regular Veyron, as well as the much anticipated hike to 1200 horses. A week later we got sent what was claimed to be the first photo of the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, but which turned out to be a very impressive rendering by a Hungarian Auto Artist.
